Letter from Kelson - Week # 43 - Freakie Weekie!!! (Thanks Elder Bailey)

Good Morning From Sunny California!!!!

HOLY MOLY!!!! EVERYBODY!!! IT IS P-DAY AGAIN!!!! I knew it was coming, but it almost seems like I was just talking to ya'lls yesterday. Now you may be thinking to yourself, "how does Elder Wheeler always know what I am thinking to myself?" It is because I am Psychic and because of this great power, I will now just blow your mind with my next reading of your inner cortexical neuron discharges. You are also thinking to yourself, "I wonder what would make this past week a Freakie Weekie?" Well I don't know quite yet, I haven't written anything, but your mind has been blown because of my awesome powers of inception...

I don't know if you have ever served a mission, but things never go according to plan... never...My trainer Elder Outlaw once said. "If you want to see God Laugh tell him your plans." I think this past week he had a bit more than a chuckle. We had 3 exchanges and it just added to the Chaos that is Life. 

Um so the Title of this e-mail came about because I had another missionary tell me how he would classify his week in a catchy name. Thus Freakie Weekie.  Just so you know, we had Zone Conference and we are going to have a great last week of the Transfer. One more week and then my companion goes home and I get a new one.  Sorry it is short today, but we had a computer malfunction and the computer crashed...Darn Windows 8!!!! I want my XP back. I love you and I pray for all of you. If you ever want to know what I am up to, check out The NEW HIT DRAMA on BYUTV called the District... Or just hang out with the missionaries.

Que lo que from the tropical island of the Rupublica Dominicana! Week 2 is now down, though according to the CCM we’re at the end of week 3.  Makes perfect sense right?   Some interesting events have come to pass this past week.  Starting on Sunday, my district got together after sacrament  meeting to discuss our weekly goals. These are the goals we set:  1.         Memorize Moroni 10:4-5 in Spanish by Tuesday.  {Accomplished a day late} 2.         Work on the Christ-like attribute of diligence.  {It's difficult but it’s coming along. Letter From Rhys - Week # 46 – Bautismo!!!!!!!!!

Feliz lunes from the tropical land of the Republica Dominicana! This past week was awesome!!! Filled with fun and adventure and the best part... Getting Wet!!!!!! From the baptismal font that is. The weather has actually been very dry... but humid...Anywho, on Tuesday we ran to the church in the next ward over to play basketball with some people from the Brisas Ward.   We ran a solid mile and I was still hot and pumping lots of energy to play some basketball! I also had a nice exchange with some of the members in my district. I went to Boca Chica with Elder Roberts, and his companion Elder Chadwick came here. Rhys and Elder Roberts Elder Roberts is super cool and works super hard. The Following day we had our district meeting and interviews with President Smith!  It was also Hermana Smith’s birthday, so the zone put together something special to wish her happy birthday! It was a wonderful surprise and to top it all off, her son and his family came to visit us as well.

Letter From Kelson - Week # 55 - Happy MOMMA's DAY!!!!

Good Morning From Sunny California!!!! Did everyone have a good Mother's day? I know I did, but that is besides the point. To all of my many Mother's out there, I would like to wish you a belated Happy Mother's Day! Sorry, but I am only allotted one phone call and I can't remember every one of your phone numbers. This past week has been packed full of adventure. It is all about this Dashing Swordsman and his quest for more Happiness. This Swordsman Rides on his noble stead, the Iron Bi-son and he carries around his partner in crime, The Jolly Jester. The Dashing Swordsman loves to go into the world and share what brings him the greatest amount of Happiness, but there are some Goblins who do not accept the message of his glorious ability to take them from being a Goblin to being a Dashing Swordsman like himself...or a Jolly Jester (Sometimes the transformation is halted midway and they become the Jolly Jesters, not quite as handsome and good looking, but they are
