Feliz Lunes from the topical land of the Republica Dominicana! This week was a week full of interesting events.   The one that sticks out the most is what happened this past Friday! So Last Sunday, we heard that the youth of the ward were going on a temple trip! One of our recent converts was a youth and we’ve been teaching the rest of his family. So, he comes to his mom and says they’re going to the temple on Friday! When we heard this, we jumped on board and said we could all go to the temple together and give them a tour of the temple grounds. All was good to go, until Friday! Friday, I had some interviews for some baptismal candidates in the afternoon before the trip to the temple. In our effort to find a man to leave with us, the second counselor of the bishopric told us that the temple trip started a 4 not at 5 and that changed everything!!! Letter From Rhys - Week #2 - Nothing's Better Than Workouts and Shopping

Que lo que from the tropical island of the Rupublica Dominicana! Week 2 is now down, though according to the CCM we’re at the end of week 3.  Makes perfect sense right?   Some interesting events have come to pass this past week.  Starting on Sunday, my district got together after sacrament  meeting to discuss our weekly goals. These are the goals we set:  1.         Memorize Moroni 10:4-5 in Spanish by Tuesday.  {Accomplished a day late} 2.         Work on the Christ-like attribute of diligence.  {It's difficult but it’s coming along. Letter From Kelson - Week # 48 - The Lord Will provide!!!!

Good Morning From Sunny California!!!! This E-mail may be a little shorter than the others, but I will do what I can to make ya'lls happy, because i know how much you treasure the words of the Greatest Missionary of All time!!! And since he took the day off I will start to write the e-mail from the number 2 spot.  This past week was awesome!! We did lots of work, we were running around meeting with members, possible members, and help those who were possibles become members. It is super exciting. This past week it rained a little bit, and I soon found out that my brakes do not work in the rain...My bike just didn't want to stop, it would keep going and I would somehow coast into a busy intersection....just kidding. I found things to stop me, but I soon switched to a bike that I have been borrowing from a member and they have been very gracious to let me not die this past week.
